Verses you should know: Romans 12:1-2
1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Comment: Presenting your body unlocks the rest. ~MPH
Jesus of Bethlehem
For unto you was born in the city of David, a Savior, which is Christ the LORD. Luke 2:11
And to Him
was given dominion, honor and a kingdom, that all the peoples, nations and
those of every language shall serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting
dominion which will not pass away; And His kingdom will not be destroyed.
Daniel 7:14
Of the increase of His government and peace
there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom,
to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice
from henceforth even for ever.
Isaiah 9:7
Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him
the Name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus
every knee shall bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth,
and of those under the earth, and that every tongue shall confess
that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Phillipians 2:9-11; Isaiah 45:21-23
... He is Lord of lords and King of kings;
and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful.

Jesus said:
I am the Way, the Truth and the Life... John 14:6
He that believes on Me the works I do he will do also... John 14:12
I have come that you may have life, and have life in abundance. John 10:9-10
Your life in Christ
is discovering who you already are,
based on what He has already done

Charles Lyell was a lawyer by profession, and his book is one of the most brilliant briefs published by an advocate... Lyell relied upon true bits of cunning to establish his uniformitarian views as the only true geology. First, he set up a straw man to demolish. In fact, the catastrophists were much more empirically minded than Lyell. The geologic record does seem to require catastrophes: rocks are fractured and contorted; whole faunas are wiped out. To circumvent this literal appearance, Lyell imposed his imagination upon the evidence. The geologic record, he argued, is extremely imperfect and we must interpolate into it what we can reasonably infer but cannot see. The catastrophists were the hard-nosed empiricists of their day, not the blinded theological apologists. Gould, Stephen J.
14 So justice is driven back, and righteousness stands at a distance; truth has stumbled in the streets, honesty cannot enter.
15 Truth is nowhere to be found, and whoever shuns evil becomes a prey. The LORD looked and was displeased that there was no justice. Isaiah 59
I fully agree with your comments on the lack of direct illustration of evolutionary transitions in my book. If I knew of any, fossil or living, I would certainly have included them. You suggest an artist should be asked to visualize such transformations but where would he get the information from? I could not honestly provide it, and if I were to leave it to artistic license, would that not mislead the reader? Patterson, Dr. Colin.
